GOODS (PRE-ORDER PASALO/GO PASALO/ONHAND WITH GOM)

Pre-order Pasalo (Nendoroids, Banpresto, etc.)
NMHCart will disclose which shop the item/s are pre-ordered. Invoice and proof of payment of pre-order will be forwarded to the buyer’s email (screenshots may also be requested if the buyer does not want it sent via email).The buyer will pay for how much an NMHCart member has already deposited; the remaining balance (if there are any) will be settled upon receipt of arrival notice.The buyer will be the one to fill up the shipping form of the shop where the item is pre-ordered.
Onhand with GOM and GO Pasalo
NMHCart will disclose which shop the item/s are pre-ordered. Depending on the agreement, invoice may be forwarded by the GOM and your username will be noted in their masterlist.The buyer will pay for how much an NMHCart member has already deposited; the remaining balance (if there are any) will be settled upon receipt of arrival notice.The buyer will be the one to fill up the shipping form of the shop where the item is ordered. In the event that the GOM has no shipping form, NMHCart will be the one to collect details of the buyer and arrange shipment with the GOM.If the buyer has any items with the GOM, consolidation is possible. Please discuss it with the GOM.

Delays from the supplier, manufacturer, and courier, and delays due to fortuitous events are not under NMHCart’s control. Any factory defect or un-satisfaction regarding the items are beyond NMHCart’s control. Any damage caused by fortuitous events, or any other problems encountered from the courier, supplier, or manufacturer will not be NMHCart’s liability.

Consolidation of on-hand items bought from different members of NMHCart
Consolidation is possible only if:
Items to be consolidated are on-hand with one (1) member of NMHCart.

E.g., Buyer will purchase Pike postcards of Member1 and Kanan postcards of Member 2. Both Pike and Kanan postcards are in possession of Member2, therefore, they can be consolidated.

GOODS (ONHAND WITH NMHCART MEMBERS)

Payment
Buyer will pay the price of the item/s on the agreed date; failure to do so will forfeit the reserve status of the item. Payment extension may be allowed within reason. Please notify the seller of any delay to avoid cancellation.Mode of payment will be as agreed upon with the specific seller; extra fees incurred using a particular payment method will be shouldered by the buyer.Proof of payment will be sent via Payment Form or DMs, whichever the particular NMHCart member will require.The buyer will pay for how much an NMHCart member has already deposited; the remaining balance (if there are any) will be settled upon receipt of arrival notice.The buyer will be the one to fill up the shipping form of the shop where the item is pre-ordered.
Shipping/Delivery
To protect the buyer's personal information, each seller of NMHCart will have separate shipping forms; the buyer's personal details will not be shared among the members of NMHCart. In the case of consolidated items, the member who has the goods will be the one to give the buyer their shipping form.The buyer will be the one responsible for tracking their parcels once shipped out/dispatched.

NMHCart will not be liable for any damage incurred during shipment. Rest assured that NMHCart will put their utmost care and attention to the packaging of items to avoid and minimize any damage that may incur during shipment.
